FAQs
Should you cancel a reservation, one of the following applies:
- Reservations canceled up to 14 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
- Reservations canceled 14-7 days before the reserved date will be subject to a 30% fee
- Reservations canceled less than 3 days before the reserved date: no refund applies. A credit will be issued to be used in the same year
Gratuity will not be included in your cost and is never expected but always appreciated. Of course, the best way to extend your gratitude is by tipping your driver – especially if you enjoyed your experience (10% -%15 is customary)
Pets are allowed; however, a non-refundable fee* will be charged and the breed and size of your pet will need to be indicated.
