1. Complete the “Let’s Get Started” form
Let us know a little more about your upcoming trip and get a better idea of what you are looking for so we can create the perfect itinerary.

2. Confirm & Plan
Once we confirm the availability of your Wine Tour, our Concierge will contact you via email and begin bringing your ideas to life and create a custom trip plan. We will provide information on next steps and payment details.

3. Enjoy Your Tour
Before your trip, the concierge will confirm all arrangements so that all you have to do is show up, relax, and look forward to sipping some incredible wine

We want you to plan and travel with peace of mind during these uncertain times, so we only select hotels, restaurants, and vineyards with flexible cancellation and refund policies. If you choose to cancel your trip, we will always do our best to refund the tour and experience monies paid; however, the initial planning fee will not be returned. Of course, it can be transferred and used in the future when you decide to rebook your trip.

Revisions to your itinerary can be requested before your journey begins; however, we cannot always guarantee changes will be successful. Please note: It is rare, but an additional fee may be accessed based on the degree of change.

It’s never too early to start planning your trip – earlier is always better to secure reservations and to plan activities. The time of year you plan to visit plays a significant factor in determining how far in advance you should book.

March – October is the Valle’s high season and the region anticipates more visitors.

November – February is the low season and less crowded so bookings tend to be a little easier.

EXPLORE VDG asks for a minimum of 72 hours to properly plan your experience during low season.
